1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between dj77 and all users of the dj77 platform (website: dj77.bid and associated mobile applications). All users are required to read and accept these terms.

Dj77 is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. The platform offers casino games, Sports Betting, live dealer games, and other entertainment services.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity arising from a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered definitive.

2 Account Registration & Identity Verification

To use dj77's services, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. dj77 reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or incorrect information is provided.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact dj77 support immediately.

Before processing large withdrawals, dj77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include a copy of your national ID or passport along with proof of address. Certain services may be temporarily restricted until the verification process is complete.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use dj77's services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Providing a false age at registration will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• Parents and guardians, please ensure that minors cannot access your account or device.
• Dj77 may temporarily suspend an account suspected of being used by a minor pending investigation.

4 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Dj77 supports deposits and withdrawals through several mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (may vary depending on account level).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Processing may take longer if KYC verification has not been completed.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals.

To prevent financial fraud, dj77 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and, where necessary, report them to payment processors or law enforcement agencies. dj77 does not in any way facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Dj77 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which can be found on the Promotions page for full details.

• Please read the applicable wagering requirements carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets — specific games may be excluded under certain promotional terms.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

To prevent abuse of the bonus system, dj77 uses automated pattern analysis. dj77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation in cases of suspected bonus misuse.

6 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet in dj77's Sports Betting section, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash out option may be used if available.

• Dj77 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match fixing or corruption.
• Dj77 reserves the right to void or amend any bet placed on incorrectly displayed odds.
